– *(Amapiano)* 11:30am – 1pm
*BREAK* 1 pm – 2 pm
– *(Afro in Heels)* 2 pm – 3:30 pm
– *(Azonto)* 3:30 pm – 5 pm
Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and attending the Afro in Heels workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy
•All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
•Tickets are non-transferable unless prior approval is given by the organiser.
2. Event Participation & Liability
•Participants attend at their own risk. The organisers are not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage sustained during the event.
•It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit and capable of participating in the intensive.
•Please notify the organisers of any medical conditions that may affect your participation.
3. Code of Conduct
•Respect for teachers and fellow participants is expected at all times.
•Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event without a refund.
•No unauthorised filming or photography of the class is allowed unless permitted by the organisers.
4. Event Changes
•The organisers reserve the right to modify the schedule, instructors, or venue if necessary.
•If the event is cancelled, participants will be offered a refund or credit for a future event.
5. Personal Belongings
•Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The organisers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
6. Media Release
•By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please notify the organisers before the event.
7. Late Arrival & Entry
•Please arrive on time. Late entry may not be permitted once the session has started.
